As a non-profit social enterprise, we hope you will appreciate that we need to have a reasonable but strict change and cancellation policies to ensure our sustainability.
Whilst we understand that life can be full of surprises, following your booking will have committed significant time and resources to planning and delivering a great learning experience for you. Changes and cancellations also create pressure for our small team in terms of administration and filling bookings to avoid a loss at short notice. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, the following refund rates apply to all cancellations and changes:
Up to 28 days prior to the course: Refund of 75% for any course fee or change fee of €150 (€75 for short courses) to move to another course.
From 28-14 days prior to course commencement, we will provide a refund of 50% of the course fee. No date change is available.
Less than 14 days prior to course commencement, you will not receive a refund and cannot be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
If any of our courses are cancelled or postponed by Common Knowledge, due to Covid 19 restrictions or other circumstances which prevent us from proceeding with the course, you will receive a full refund.
To cancel or change your booking, please contact info@ourcommonknowledge.org. All refunds will be made within five working days and exclude booking fees, we will have already paid to our payment processor when you book.
